When you book a consultation or register as a lawyer, we collect the details you provide: name, mobile number, optional email, your matter type and preferences. We also store your language and theme preference on your device.
2. How we use it
Your details are used only to coordinate your consultation: confirming appointments, contacting you about your request, and sharing your requirement with the advocate you choose. We do not sell your data to anyone.
3. Sharing
We share your name, matter type and preferred time with the concerned advocate to arrange the consultation. Your number is shared only when needed to conduct the consultation you requested.
4. Consent & your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)
We process your data with your consent, which you give when submitting our forms. You may withdraw consent, ask what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it — contact us on the details below or use the delete-my-data option in your dashboard.
5. Storage & security
We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service. Reasonable technical measures protect it against unauthorised access.
