1. What WakilWale is
WakilWale.in is a directory and appointment-facilitation platform for advocates practicing at Motihari District Court. We are not a law firm, we do not practice law, and we do not provide legal advice or guarantee case outcomes.
2. The lawyer-client relationship
Any legal advice comes solely from the advocate you consult. The advocate-client relationship is between you and the advocate; WakilWale only facilitates the introduction and scheduling.
3. Fees
Consultation fees shown on profiles are indicative and payable as communicated at confirmation. Browsing and booking through the platform is free for citizens; listing is free for advocates.
4. Accurate information
Advocate profiles are based on information provided by the advocates themselves, verified against Bar Council enrollment details to the extent practicable. Users must provide accurate contact details when booking.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no false bookings, no scraping, no impersonation, no posting of unlawful or defamatory content in reviews.
6. Liability & governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WakilWale is not liable for the outcome of any legal matter or the acts of any listed advocate. These terms are governed by Indian law; courts at Motihari, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction.
